Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mammalian cell culture and molecular/cell biology workflows.
• Experience managing lab equipment, shared resources, or lab infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Cambridge Laboratory operations and serve as central point for lab needs.
• Ensure lab space, equipment, consumables, and shared resources are organized for planned work.
• Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
• Develop clear processes for shared lab spaces and equipment.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime and support safety.
