Job summary

You will review plans, track progress against timelines, conduct site inspections, maintain documentation, and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading field crews and subcontractors.
• Experience in pools, spas, or related outdoor structures.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and able to enforce safe practices.
• Budgeting and project control experience, including schedules and resources.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and permits.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CM preferred.

• Oversee all phases of pool and spa construction from planning to completion.
