Job summary

Craft Master Custom Pools in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a hands-on Project Manager to own client relationships from contract through completion, overseeing permitting, scheduling, inspections, and on-site communication.

You will partner with the GM, Construction Manager, and field crews to keep projects on time and on budget while mentoring junior PMs and refining processes as we scale.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pool building PM is required.
• Experience with JobTread is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns customer relationship from contract signing to project closeout.
• Coordinate permitting, scheduling, inspections, and field communication.
• Lead with clear timelines and milestones for homeowners.
• Mentor junior PMs and refine project systems.
