Role Description The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL, responsible for overseeing all phases of pool and spa construction projects from planning through completion. This role coordinates daily activities on job sites, manages subcontractors and field crews, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The Construction Manager reviews project plans, tracks progress against timelines, and addresses issues or changes in the field as they arise. The role includes conducting site inspections, enforcing construction safety protocols, maintaining project documentation, and communicating regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Construction Manager also supports continuous improvement in construction processes and helps uphold RPD Custom Pools’ reputation for exceptional workmanship and service.
