Job summary

Sentinel Power Services, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Project Manager Assistant IV to support high-complexity projects managed by PM Level 4. You will handle administrative tasks, coordination, estimating assistance, and mentor junior PMAs.

Your ability to manage complex tasks and lead teams is essential. This full-time onsite role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with opportunities to advance to Project Manager levels within a dynamic power industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination or PMA roles.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor junior PMAs.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Schedule and manage project meetings, prepare documentation, maintain files, manage communications.
• Project Coordination: Develop plans with PM Level 4, assist estimating, oversee tasks and budgets, coordinate logistics, align on goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain schedules and risk logs, generate status reports, analyze data for improvements.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor PMAs across levels, assist with troubleshooting.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and coordinate mitigation with PM Level 4.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed to support business objectives.
