Job summary

Professional Search Group is seeking a Lead Product Manager to guide the strategy and delivery for an enterprise reporting team. You will oversee backlog, partner with data architects, and lead Scrum ceremonies to improve reporting efficiency and governance.

This role focuses on transitioning to self-service analytics through dashboards and semantic layers, collaborating with Finance, Contact Center, and other business units. Hybrid onsite work assumed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of product management, technical program management, BI, or analytics delivery.
• 3+ years of Agile delivery leadership for data/reporting/platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories and sprint goals.
• Manage reporting intake and prioritization across multiple business units.
