Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking a Project Manager for the Self-Perform Concrete Division in Huntsville, AL. The role reports to a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive and supervises an Assistant Project Manager and a Jobsite Office Assistant.

You will lead scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination on concrete-heavy projects. Candidates should hold a 4-year degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, or non-relevant degree with 5+ years in the trade.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant curriculum from an accredited college or university and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Concrete construction experience strongly preferred.
• OR 4-year degree in a non-relevant curriculum with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Assistant Project Manager; in the absence, assume those responsibilities directly.
• Oversee submittal and RFI processes and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate material deliveries and oversee job close-out requirements.
• Support jobsite safety enforcement and manage project schedules.
• Track and report project progress, costs, and change orders.
• Enforce risk management parameters and assist in dispute resolution.
