Job summary

Ambience Healthcare seeks a Lead PM for inpatient clinical workflows, owning two pillars: Inpatient Scribe and Chart Summarization. You will align clinician-focused features with hospitalist workflows, drive adoption, and partner with Engineering and Clinical AI/ML teams to ensure robust, ROI-driven outcomes.

The role requires a strong PM background, fluency with AI/ML products, and a presence in our SF office 3x/week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of a vertical/product line.
• Experience building domain expertise in complex domains.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML products, APIs, and system design.
• Experience driving adoption in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Inpatient Scribe roadmap for hospitalists and specialists.
• Deliver a documentation experience for inpatient care including rounding, handoffs and discharge summaries.
• Own the patient summary and Chart Chat features within inpatient settings.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for summarization accuracy, completeness and safety.
