Job summary

Carex Consulting Group seeks an entrepreneurial Sr. Product Manager to lead an Ambulatory Clinical AI product strategy, development, and execution across outpatient clinical workflows.

You will own the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap through pilots, go-to-market, and scaled adoption, partnering with engineering, clinical teams, data science, and sales. The role emphasizes building context-aware, personalized AI solutions that improve clinical decision-making, reduce documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare product management, ambulatory or inpatient settings.
• Experience taking products from zero to scale with adoption.
• Experience shipping EHR-integrated products; Epic preferred.
• Strong SQL and analytics to define metrics and guide decisions.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, LOINC, ICD-10 data models.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience with LLM apps, RAG, NLP.
• Understanding HIPAA, BAAs and hospital IT security.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and scaling of AI-driven clinical intelligence.
• Collaborate across engineering, clinical, design, data science, sales, and customer success.
• Identify clinical opportunities, validate solutions, and drive adoption with health systems.
• Write product requirements and participate in design reviews from prototype to launch.
• Define success metrics and measure outcomes, ROI, and adoption.
• Evaluate LLM-based capabilities including validation, safety, and governance.
• Ensure compliant deployment across clinical workflows and interoperability standards.
• Shape positioning, pilots, enterprise expansion, and go-to-market strategy.
• Navigate ambiguity and move teams toward measurable results.
