Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Content to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for ambulatory EHR and practice management workflows. You will partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption, revenue, and patient outcomes while mentoring other PMs.

You will balance regulatory requirements, market needs, and technical feasibility, guiding product strategy with KPI-driven decision making and scalable platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology/software product management for ambulatory EHR/PM
• Experience owning ambulatory EHR and practice management products
• Knowledge of ONC HITECH, MACRA/MIPS, and value-based care programs

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Clinical Content areas from discovery to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams to deliver end-to-end experiences
• Define PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; inform strategic plans
• Define and track product metrics (activation, adoption, retention, revenue)
• Coordinate releases and align with finance, sales, and marketing for GTM messaging
• Mentor and guide Product Managers on craft and execution
