Job summary

Uprite Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial ground-up projects from award through completion in Plano, TX. You will partner with owners, architects, engineers and field teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.

Role requires 5+ years of PM experience in GC, tilt up exposure preferred, and strong proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial general contracting
• Experience managing ground up industrial and commercial projects
• Tilt up construction experience preferred
• Experience managing warehouse/manufacturing/distribution/industrial projects
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control skills
• Experience from preconstruction through closeout
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead ground up industrial and commercial projects from award through final completion
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Oversee project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for completeness and constructability
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with Superintendents to align field operations
• Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
• Identify project risks and implement schedule/budget controls
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate project turnover and closeout documentation
