Job summary

MRPC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance and Tooling, driving stability, scalability and continuous improvement across processes and equipment. You’ll shape manufacturing operations, mentor teams, and partner across Production, Quality, Supply Chain and NPI to enable successful product launches.

Stretching across value streams, this role emphasizes lean thinking, standard work, and proactive tooling management to maximize uptime,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with plastics, silicone, rubber molding and medical devices preferred
• Mentorship and people development experience
• Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban and Kaizen experience
• Proficient with CAD, ERP tools and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop value streams for New Product Introductions ensuring manufacturing readiness
• Define, develop and implement robust, repeatable processes aligned with product requirements
• Lead maintenance and tooling teams to support production and continuous improvement
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across manufacturing operations
• Lead problem solving using data-driven methods and root cause analysis to reduce downtime and defects
