Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Manager to lead design-build construction projects nationwide, spanning from concept through closeout. You will work with a team to deliver projects from $20 million to over $200 million, with a focus on Food & Beverage construction.

Responsibilities include development of project financials, coordination with field teams, subcontractor oversight, and adherence to safety and quality standards on fast-paced, high-profile jobs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience managing construction projects ($25+ million).
• Strong safety record and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Participate with project team in development of a Project Chart of Accounts.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a site logistics plan.
• Assist Superintendent in management of subcontractors.
• Maintain understanding of the Clayco/Owner contract.
• Oversee submittals, change orders, and pay requests.
• Assist in generation of project costs and Job Cost Reports.
• Contribute to forecast of quarterly Total Cost Projection reports.
• Monitor and record training of all staff personnel.
• Monitor project labor and report equipment needs.
• Assist preconstruction in bidding projects.
• Participate in safety, EEO, and affirmative action programs.
• Contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.
