Job summary

Meta seeks a Real Estate Projects Lead to own the regional capital projects portfolio across the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California. You will drive end-to-end tenant improvements, budgets, schedules and governance, aligning internal product teams with cross-functional partners to deliver spaces on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly related corporate real estate project management.
• Experience managing projects across Workplace (corporate offices) and technical projects.
• Proven financial ownership for capital budgets ranging from $500K to $100M+.
• Deep knowledge of project controls, construction documentation/sequencing, value engineering, and advanced MEP coordination.
• Understanding of building/occupancy laws and lease requirements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle confidential information, build consensus at executive level.
• Experience managing integrated outsourced delivery partners in a strategic partnership model.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of tenant improvements for corporate workplaces and R&D labs.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate construction project duties with detailed schedules and risk mitigation.
• Direct external PM firms, GCs, and design consultants with KPIs and milestones.
• Drive design, permitting, and construction processes through to close-out.
• Manage a regional portfolio of concurrent projects and report portfolio health.
• Deliver standardised PSRs and ensure data consistency for reporting.
• Own full financial lifecycle including budget development, contingency management, monitoring, and reporting.
• Deliver cash flow analytics for projects from $500K to $100M+.
• Enforce change-order controls and liaise with finance for ARO assessments.
