Qualifications

• Management experience with coaching, feedback, performance management.
• Staffing experience including interviewing, hiring, retention.
• Plumbing background is a must.
• Ability to lead and develop a team while focusing on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop a culture of growth and performance in the plumbing team.
• Drive department sales through drain cleaning, sewer work, and water heater services.
• Maintain operational excellence: invoicing, inventory control, safety, reporting.
• Improve technician performance and gross profit margins.
• Oversee customer concerns with timely resolutions and retention programs.
