Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years supervisory experience in facility construction.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling, methods and cost control.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, tools and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise multiple projects or a large site.
• Lead, mentor and manage foremen, technicians and crews.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams, clients and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and interpret drawings for methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and policies.
• Manage documentation, contracts and financial aspects.
