Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in facility construction with scheduling and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, tools, and work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise multiple projects or a large site, coordinating all craft activities.
• Lead foremen and craft teams to meet project goals while maintaining safety and craftsmanship.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Foster relationships with internal teams, clients, and other contractors.
