Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience supervising plumbing and mechanical projects.
• Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber license preferred.
• Deep knowledge of IPC/UPC and IMC/UMC codes and safety regs.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site plumbing and mechanical installations from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to hit milestones.
• Conduct site inspections for progress, quality, and code compliance.
• Lead field crews with technical guidance and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, GCs and other trades.
• Manage procurement and storage of materials and equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support commissioning and punch list activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during installation.
