Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent in commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
• Plumbing-related certifications and licenses a plus.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Plumbing projects from planning to execution.
• Supervise plumbers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure installations meet specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain client relationships and provide project updates.
• Maintain project records and assist with budgets.
