Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee planning and delivery of our commercial plumbing and piping operations.

You will manage domestic water systems, sanitary waste/vent, storm drainage, gas piping, hydronic piping, and fixtures, while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure constructability and timely completion. You will review drawings and specifications for design issues and coordinate with internal departments to align schedules,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience on commercial plumbing projects (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes and installation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply effective and innovative project management techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction PM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Foster a collaborative team environment on site.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, estimating, purchasing, CAD/BIM and fabrication shops to develop detailed plumbing construction plans.
• Monitor field progress including manpower, deliveries, inspections, and fixture installations; mentor site leadership.
• Prepare and report on project budgets and financial performance.
