Job summary

Atlantic Constructors seeks an experienced Modular Project Manager to lead plumbing crews on commercial construction projects. You will guide budgeting, scheduling and quality while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

The role requires coordinating multiple crafts, ensuring safety, and driving on-time delivery. This position emphasizes cost control, documentation, and reliable communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial plumbing field operations or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems installation
• Ability to supervise large crews (20+) and coordinate multiple crafts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with man-hour reports, job cost reports, workforce planning and estimating
• Knowledge of construction cost control and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Supervises field crew, subcontractor and craft activities, including method, manpower, materials, equipment and scheduling
• Coordinates work of different trades and contractors
• Identifies and documents potential change orders
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with project teams, customers and vendors
• Conducts weekly safety meetings
• Plans, schedules and coordinates on-site functions
• Performs material take-offs and orders tools and materials to maximize productivity
• Ensures quality installation of plumbing activities
• Manages production, including manufacturing and pre-fabrication
• Controls schedule, cost, procurement and quality/safety
• Maintains safe, compliant work environment
• Coordinates with engineering, estimating and project teams to meet drawings and specs
• Resolves construction issues and implements corrective action
