Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a Modular Project Manager to lead plumbing crews on commercial projects. You will coordinate with engineering and estimating teams, manage schedules and costs, and ensure quality installation and safety standards on site.

Responsibilities include directing field operations, coordinating multiple crafts, and resolving issues to keep projects on track and within budget. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial plumbing field operations.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems installation.
• Ability to supervise large crews (20+).
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field crew, subcontractor and craft activities, including scheduling and documentation.
• Coordinates work of different crafts and departments.
• Identifies and documents potential change orders.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates on-site functions.
• Ensures quality installation and on-time delivery.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
