Howard Kane Plumbing Co., Inc. is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews and oversee project execution. This position is responsible for managing labor, productivity, safety, and quality according to company standards, specifications and plumbing codes while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manages two or more subordinate supervisors who directly supervise personnel, skilled labor or subcontractors. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
