Job summary

frēijēengineered solutions co is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead and manage plumbing projects on site, supervising crews and coordinating materials and schedules. The role emphasizes leadership and technical plumbing skills to drive project success.

The candidate will read blueprints, supervise others, and ensure safety and quality across industrial/commercial sites, with opportunities for growth and cross‑functional development.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug and background screens.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• 5+ years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience.
• State Master or Journeyman Plumber license.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to train and supervise others.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb+, crawlspaces, attics, ladders.
• Willing to work in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plumbing crews (2–10 journeymen/apprentices).
• Schedule and dispatch crews; order materials and equipment.
• Control quality and layout of onsite projects.
• Perform other duties as required.

Commercial Plumbing Foreman

The Commercial Plumbing Foremanis the ideal position for someone with the skills and passion to both lead and manage plumbing projects and contribute to the overall management and development of the organization. We are growing and setting the right tone and showing leadership on the job site are as important in this role as technical skills.

This positionis responsible foremanning,schedulingand dispatching plumbing crews of 2-10 journeymen and apprentices. Order materials and necessary equipment, manage and control material andpartsdeliveries. Control quality and layout of the onsite projects. Perform other duties asrequired.

Qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background screens

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• 5+ years of plumbing commercial and/or industrial experience

• State license of Master or Journeyman Plumber

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Ability to train and supervise others

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to lift 50lb+, access crawlspaces and attics, use ladders

• Willing to work in all types of weather
