Job summary

IES in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Plumbing Supervisor to support operational excellence and maintain high-quality standards across projects and sites.

You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery, while managing records and reporting. Applicants should have 4–6 years of plumbing supervision experience and be willing to travel to support projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of Plumbing Supervisor experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
• Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
