Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Master Plumber to join our Indianapolis team. You’ll work with the Installation Manager and service crew to keep remodeling projects compliant, safe, and on schedule, applying your licensed expertise to deliver five-star customer experiences.

You’ll respond to plumbing emergencies, conduct site inspections, mentor junior installers, and stay current on codes and new techniques while upholding our safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Master Plumber License in good standing for the designated territory.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Use your plumbing license to secure permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure projects meet local requirements.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies and support service calls.
• Conduct job site inspections and scoping to maintain quality, safety, and installation standards.
• Serve as the branch plumbing expert, providing guidance, training, and support to Installation Managers and teams.
• Stay current on plumbing codes, new products, and techniques while promoting safe work practices across all jobs.
