Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in field service, trades, or operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and deliver results.

• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of plumbing professionals to hit performance goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Own daily field operations by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and driving execution.
• Monitor KPIs to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership, sales, and support to align operations with business goals.
• Ensure quality workmanship, efficient material usage, and timely job completion.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field audits, and site visits to support development and quality.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of service concerns.
• Drive safety, compliance, permitting, and company standards.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development of the team.
• Build scalable processes and procedures for long-term growth.
