Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of plumbing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes; weld or join pipes as needed.
• Train and mentor junior staff and helpers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
