Service Experts LLC in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a highly skilled Plumber III to join our HVAC and Plumbing team in a leadership role. You will oversee complex plumbing projects, diagnose issues, ensure compliance with codes, mentor junior plumbers, and collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure on-schedule, on-budget completion.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and manage plumbing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage plumbing projects of varying complexity.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss requirements and timelines.
• Supervise junior plumbers, apprentices, and helpers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
