Service Experts is seeking a Plumber III to lead complex plumbing projects within our HVAC and Plumbing team. This senior role focuses on technical leadership, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects comply with codes, safety standards, and client expectations.

You will read blueprints, estimate materials and labor, supervise junior plumbers, and drive timely, on-budget project completion while maintaining high quality workmanship.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of plumbing experience in the industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to read and analyze complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage plumbing projects of varying complexity, including new installations, renovations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and provide guidance to plumbing teams, including junior plumbers and helpers.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify complex issues or defects.
• Develop and implement solutions for troubleshooting plumbing problems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
• Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used.
• Train and mentor plumbing teams for professional growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in plumbing codes and regulations.
• Provide technical support to colleagues, clients, and contractors.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
