Service Experts is seeking a highly skilled Plumber to lead plumbing projects, installations, repairs, and maintenance. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, estimate costs, and collaborate with clients and teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
• Keep records of work performed and progress.
