Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our HVAC and Plumbing team in Texas. You will lead plumbing projects, perform advanced installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems while upholding codes and safety standards.

The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication as you collaborate with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Extensive experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Keep job sites clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
• Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify complex issues and defects.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
• Maintain records of work performed and project progress.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
