Service Experts is seeking a Plumber II to lead advanced plumbing projects, install, repair, and maintain complex systems. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and supervise junior staff.

The role requires extensive experience, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic HVAC and Plumbing team. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years in plumbing, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of plumbing experience or 5–10+ years in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Extensive experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements, timelines, and progress.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
• Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
• Inspect plumbing systems to diagnose complex issues and defects.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of work and progress.
• Train and mentor junior staff and helpers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations.
