Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled Plumber to lead plumbing projects, perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. The role requires knowledge of codes, strong leadership, and problem-solving abilities to guide junior staff and collaborate with clients.

You will interpret blueprints, estimate materials and labor, ensure safety standards, and maintain thorough project records.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Extensive experience interpreting and analyzing blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices; provide guidance.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes; weld or solder joints using approved methods.
• Inspect systems, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and progress.
• Train and mentor junior staff; stay updated on industry trends.
