The candidate will interpret blueprints, plan layouts, estimate costs, and supervise junior staff while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10+ years in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Extensive experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair, and maintain piping, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
