Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced Plumber to lead plumbing projects, install, repair, and maintain systems while ensuring code compliance and safe operations. You will read blueprints, estimate materials and labor, and collaborate with clients and contractors as part of a skilled team.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of plumbing experience, strong problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a valid driver's license and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience as a Plumber I or 2–4+ years in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss requirements and progress.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
