Job summary

Aero Mechanical, Inc., a leading mechanical contractor in Johnston, RI, is hiring a RI licensed Plumber Foreman to oversee plumbing installs, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial projects. You will supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices, read blueprints, ensure code compliance, coordinate with other trades, and maintain safety.

Qualifications

• RI licensed journeyman/master plumber license is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience as a Plumbing Foreman in commercial settings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads plumbing crews in a safe and efficient manner.
• Interprets blueprints and job specifications.
• Ensures compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinates with other trades and site supervisors.
• Orders materials and manages inventory.
• Performs inspections and quality control.
• Trains and mentors junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Maintains accurate records of work performed and time spent.
• Maintains a teamwork attitude.
