Aero Mechanical, Inc. in Johnston, RI is seeking a commercial Plumbing Foreman (RI licensed) to lead our field crew on residential and commercial projects.

You will supervise plumbers and apprentices, coordinate with project managers, ensure safety, quality workmanship, and on-time project delivery. Ideal candidates have RI journeyman or master plumber license, 2+ years leadership in commercial plumbing, strong reading of blueprints, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• RI journeyman/master plumber license is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role as a Plumbing Foreman in a commercial setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Supervises and leads plumbing crews in a safe and efficient manner.
• Interprets blueprints and job specifications.
• Ensures compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinates with other trades and site supervisors.
• Orders materials and manages inventory.

Job Summary

As a Plumber Foreman, you’ll oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and/or commercial projects. You’ll supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safety and compliance standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervises and leads plumbing crews in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Valid RI journeyman/master plumber license (state-specific)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role as s Plumbing Foreman in a commercial setting
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, tools, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able and willing to join the UA local #51.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Must have strong verbal and written skills in English to complete necessary paperwork and communicate well with clients.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing with acceptable driving record.
