Job summary

Aero Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a RI licensed Plumber Foreman to lead our field crew on residential and commercial projects from our Johnston, RI office. You will supervise plumbers and apprentices, read blueprints, and coordinate with project managers to keep work on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• RI licensed plumber with journeyman or master status.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role as Plumbing Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads plumbing crews in a safe and efficient manner.
• Interprets blueprints and job specifications.
• Ensures compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinates with other trades and site supervisors.
• Orders materials and manages inventory.
• Performs inspections and quality control.
• Trains and mentors junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Maintains accurate records of work performed and time spent.
• Performs additional assignments as requested and maintains a teamwork attitude.
