Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer service experience including six months supervisory/training experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Players Club Hosts and Box Office functions on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop and maintain staff communications, promotions, and scheduling.
• Create and review guest issue reports, performance journals, and end-of-shift reports.
• Assist in training staff and implementing Players Club procedures and internal controls.
• Monitor inventory, participate in promotions, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
