Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia in Albuquerque, NM seeks a dedicated Bingo Supervisor to oversee daily Bingo Department operations, manage staff, and ensure accurate game play and customer service.

You will plan schedules, hire and train employees, monitor budgets and reports, maintain equipment, enforce policies, and protect tribal assets. Must have integrity, good communication, and eligibility for the STGC Gaming License.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One year of Gaming experience including six months in a supervisory capacity.
• Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bingo hall operations and ensure customer service excellence.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily duties for all bingo staff.
• Interview, hire, train, motivate, discipline and discharge employees as necessary.
• Oversee and prepare reports regarding sales, expenditure and games.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure game integrity and budgeting.
