Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record building software customers love using, with strong information architecture and interaction design.
• Ability to translate early concepts into scalable platform capabilities without losing core value.
• Comfort guiding conversations across customers, design, engineering, and executives.
• Strong judgment on when to invest in reusable platform patterns versus bespoke solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for core shared platform capabilities including AI, report building, navigation, search, and identity management.
• Identify opportunities to expand reusable platform capabilities and simplify complex workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Lead end-to-end product experience in partnership with Design, aligning with design system and standards.
• Productize validated concepts and partner with engineering to ensure production-ready quality.
• Turn one-off solutions into reusable platform investments benefiting multiple products and customers.
