Job summary

Auger is building the autonomous operating system for supply chains. As Principal Product Manager, Platform Experience, you will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the shared platform capabilities that empower Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Intelligence.

You will transform customer discoveries into production‑quality software and ensure the platform feels native across teams. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with design, engineering, and product leads to deliver

Qualifications

• Track record of building software customers love, with information architecture and AI experiences.
• Ability to transform early customer concepts into scalable platform capabilities without losing impact.
• High self-direction in ambiguous environments; drives initiatives from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, roadmap, and execution for core shared platform capabilities, including conversational AI, report building, navigation, search, and identity management.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand reusable platform capabilities and simplify complex workflows.
• Own the product experience end to end, in close partnership with Design and engineering for a cohesive platform.
• Productize validated concepts, establish scalable requirements, and hold capabilities to quality standards before customers.
• Recognize patterns across customer solutions to create reusable platform investments benefiting multiple products.
