Job summary

Auger is seeking a Product Manager, Supply Chain Technology, to bridge the gap between complex supply chain operations and our product development teams in an in-office Bellevue setting. You’ll shape the product vision, prioritize requirements, and validate AI-powered solutions that operators actually adopt.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, and data science to ensure solutions are usable, credible, and grounded in reality, translating operator needs into actionable features and roadmaps

Qualifications

• Experience running or supporting complex supply chains during digital transformations.
• Strong product instincts balancing user empathy, technical depth, and business judgment.
• Able to translate operators’ language into software team communication.
