Job summary

OCC is seeking a senior software leader to develop and deliver business features within our high-volume trading platform. You will integrate multiple data sources, deliver a robust UI, and ensure performance and reliability for peak trading periods.

You will guide DevOps, backend, and UI efforts, lead technically, and collaborate across teams in an agile environment. Strong Java, cloud, and security expertise are essential.

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters preferred.
15+ years of software development experience.
10+ years Java-based applications experience.
4+ years cloud and DevOps experience (AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, Harness).
4+ years CI/CD experience (Jenkins, JIRA, GIT).
2+ years distributed applications experience.
2+ years experience with security tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver business features with data-rich presentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable production readiness.
Hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
