Job summary
CA CI International is seeking a strategic Lead Engineer - Platform to architect and lead the AI and data analytics platform for the DHS OIG. You will direct enterprise cloud solutions across Azure Government and Azure Commercial, guiding security, data pipelines, and analytics capabilities to support investigative and oversight missions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive cloud architecture and platform engineering experience.
- Proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale cloud platforms, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services including compute, storage, networking, identity, and AI services.
- Experience designing secure federal cloud architectures with Azure Government and Azure Commercial.
- Strong background in security, IAM, API design, microservices, and compliant integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, engineering, and implementation of DHS OIG AI platform capabilities.
- Design secure integration between Azure Government and Azure Commercial services.
- Provide technical leadership for data platforms, analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML infra.
- Estimate LOE and options for platform enhancements for government prioritization.
- Coordinate platform decisions across AI apps, data pipelines, security, and cloud services.
- Configure cloud infra for AI apps, including compute, storage, networking, identity, API mgmt.
- Support access controls, Entra ID, conditional access, and least-privilege security.
- Support FedRAMP, ATO docs, security controls, and authorization timelines.
- Maintain architecture docs, integration specs, and security architectures.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align with standards.
