Job summary

CACI International is seeking a dedicated Security Engineer to support the DHS OIG, safeguarding AI and data analytics capabilities with robust security controls and compliance measures.

You will design, implement, and maintain security controls across AI platforms, data environments, and cloud infrastructure, focusing on RBAC, encryption, logging, and continuous monitoring in Azure Government environments to meet federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in cybersecurity or related field; equivalencies considered.
• Ability to obtain DHS / EOD clearance.
• Experience implementing security controls, access management, encryption, and logging/monitoring for enterprise apps and cloud.
• Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, and ATO processes.
• Hands-on cloud security in Azure (or AWS/GCP) including IAM, encryption, and monitoring.
• Experience with SIEM, log analysis, incident response practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for AI platforms, data environments, and mission applications.
• Enforce RBAC, data security policies, and protective measures for SPII/LES/FOUO data per DHS OIG.
• Integrate applications and cloud infra with SIEM systems for monitoring and incident response.
• Monitor logs, access patterns, and user behavior to detect unauthorized access and exfiltration risks.
• Support ATO processes with documentation, testing coordination, and continuous monitoring.
