Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Lead Technician to oversee donor screening, processing, and sample collection in our Ypsilanti center. Must be fully certified in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing with leadership experience to guide staff and ensure safety and compliance.

You will train new staff, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards while adhering to all regulatory requirements in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training support to center staff.
• Oversee donor screening, processing, and sample collection.
• Respond to HB alarms and manage equipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure SOP compliance.
