• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desired: Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage front-dline donor interactions with professionalism.
• Provide leadership and training support to staff and center management.
• Oversee donor processing steps and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
• Assist in operational flow improvements and lead/mentor team members as needed.
