Responsabilités

• Oversee East Power Plant operations and repairs on boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, etc. to supply steam, hot water and chilled water to East Campus buildings.
• Monitor maintenance contracts and write specifications for them.
• Review drawings and contractor submissions and make recommendations.
• Use the INFOR system to plan and schedule maintenance items in East Heating and Cooling Plant.
• Assist in developing plant policies and maintain the P/P manual.
